The Business

Covid19 Disease - Guy Simmonds Policy/Strategy

We are all facing an unprecedented situation, in view of the deadly World-Wide pandemic and Covid19 disease, which will potentially affect millions.

Naturally, our absolute priority is to endeavour to keep ourselves and everyone else, including our staff, families and clients - safe and well, in accordance with new and evolving Government legislation.

Obviously licensed outlets/businesses in line with Government stipulations are presently closed and our beleaguered hard-working publicans and valued vendor clients will continue to follow evolving Government stipulations.

At Guy Simmonds, during this difficult and unprecedented time, we will continue as always to market our vendor clients' businesses and on-line.

For those purchasers who are already in the process of buying/leasing, we continue to use our best endeavours to help you complete the purchase of your chosen business.

For those prospective purchasers who initially view a business on our own website or our associated websites, and who wish to proceed further we will be pleased to continue to answer your queries at first by email. Obviously, with current travel and meeting restrictions in place, quite rightly imposed by The Government, viewings will be initially impossible. Again, this situation will evolve and we will act according to Government legislation and naturally then abide by the wishes of our vendor clients.

To all our vendor clients and prospective purchasers, we assure you that our staff will continue to attempt to answer your queries. To help us all, we would request that initially you direct any queries by email to sales@guysimmonds.co.uk We will be monitoring our emails and will reply as quickly as we can.

May I take this opportunity to wish all our clients, friends and everyone a safe and healthy outcome to this deadly virus and pandemic and implore everyone to follow ever changing Government legislation.

Stay safe and healthy.

Best wishes.
