Terms & Notes:

1) If you already hold the NCPLH qualification you can omit the 1-day Personal Licence Course from the 3-day “Inn Business” course and just attend the 2-day “Inn Business” course.

2) Full payment must be made at the time of your booking, unless booking the 3-Day “Inn Business” Course, in which case, if you wish, we will accept your reservation with a deposit of just £100 per person. The balance of your course fees may be paid by cheque, cash or any major debit or credit card 7 days prior to the course. If paying by cheque, please make it payable to Guy Simmonds.

3) We regret that due to high costs of our course administration and associated costs, we are unable to refund course fees/deposits in the event of a client cancelling a reservation. However, we are pleased to offer our clients a transfer to a later scheduled course date (once only) at no additional charge. Guy Simmonds reserves the right to reschedule a course without prior notice. This would only be in very exceptional circumstances beyond our direct control. In such an unlikely event clients will be offered an alternative course date or full refund of fees paid.
